I am going to trust the board at this time and vote " for" on all 13 resolutions.
However, I do not believe that all the decisions made by the company thus far have put directors and shareholder reward on equal footing. That balance clearly sits with the directors!

However i will give them time to grow and err self reward during xpe infancy and in time as the company grows trust that they are worth it by the company sharing similar reward with the longer term holders very soon too.

At least at this point in time due to the achievable performance targets set we now know that the company is worth 4.5-5.5c /share..now bring on the announcements so that the long term faithful are as equally rewarded as management will be should the current agm resolutions be adopted.

Please management show us that you are worthy of that trust!
