The buy back appears to be a big management mistake, a waste of cash flow. The money should have been invested in growth or a new business. Soon every Tom, Dick, Mary and the Easter Bunny will be shorting this stock. Its a pity it shows how important management is in the big companies. I doubt the dividend it will go to 24 cents, but 28 cents could be a reality.
