The area is highly propective although I'm fascinated by the presence of a fault line right through the area. Layman thoughts would suggest oil and gas might rise along a fault wall.

This one is north of but on the same faultline as the Rimu discovery. "Rimu A-1 discovery to the south of PEP38716 permit, in the same basin position as Huinga prospect, flowed 1,500 b/d of 44% API oil and 4.8 million cubic ft/day gas from Tariki limestones and sandstones."
