Here is the thing that is most amusing amongst all this mess created by MZN........... if the Board believes they had a binding contract in April 2016 then they are in breach of the Corporations Act is so many ways because they withheld disclosure for 6 months..... what a bunch of nongs....... not a hope in the world of winning any litigation. Maybe they will get a settlement from KDR at best......... hopefully enough to pay their fines for breach of director's duties. haha
