I think so, because we would not be going through this now after so much good news. Now there is (no matter what anybody says here) a credibility issue. If they knew they needed the funds then they should have raised them in the beginning. If they have been caught out 5 mil short 4 months into listing then that also shows poor financial planning and inadequate risk analysis. Surely they did not put all their eggs in the TATA basket? Certainly not good coming from such an "elite" management team.
The only way I see this being positive is a serious announcement regarding the allocation of these funds.
