The ONLY announcement that "re rates" is one containing the reporting of significant revenue. There have been far too many promises and carrots; it is now time to justify the high value the market has put on OBJ. That is not going to happen within the next six or twelve months, if ever. Even then, the revenues declared could be very disappointing in my opinion. I have no doubt that "12 years of groundwork, and partnering will bear $$$" as you say BUT there are serious doubts that the dollars will match the expectations (and naive, misinformed calculations) of some of those here on HC. No wonder the BOD wanted a free handout of shares and then reluctantly removed from the agenda at the AGM. There seems to be little chance of the directors getting their performance shares in 2017 (not that there was much of a chance when they were announced....10%!). They'd probably only dispose of them (again) anyway.
