Baro - I agree with you on management remuneration - pay cash not shares / options. It is just too easy to allocate a chunk of options & think it costs almost nothing to do so. This is a complete fallacy. This dilutes the shareholders holdings, and sets a scene of "what you don't pay for, you don't appreciate". If all remuneration was in cash, then the directors and the shareholders would do much more due diligence before handing over the cash. And hopefully the directors would use that money to buy shares and support the share price.
