As a final point, MZN better hope it wins either court case because if it doesn't all shareholders here will lose all their money IMO. Why: Noone is going to want to do business/cut deals of any sought with MZN because it is a litigous company. In discussions with MZN expect more lawyers to be involved to make everything water tight from now on at more cost to MZN. This gamble IMO will backfire badly for all of you if it doesn't succeed. Final post by me here. I think MZN has blown any prospect of getting farm in partners for its own projects as well, i.e. read funding, as I from my own experience in E&R companies don't deal with certain companies because they don't like there CEO etc etc, let alone what they would be thinking right now with a company viewed to be litigous. I don't hold KDR by the way so there you go.
