What i would like to know is the % of regional network tls built from scratch ie backhaul/transmission lines,base stations etc because i can't understand how the accc could declare this infrastructure?.
ie that infrastructure that had/has no connection at all to what the govt sold as in backhaul.
ok even govt funded blackspots i can c maybe some justification for some accc involvement.
Clearly tls would have these areas mapped,at least for me i would find it very interesting.
