It is highly unlikely for a Capital raising considering they have indicate that Phase 3 ( another 200,000t plant) in July 17 is fully funded. The company presentation clearly states that. Isn't it?
Currently India is in spotlight in World media ( for good reasons) after demonetisation. Every country in the world is trying to get their foot in for bussiness ties. We definitely have first movers advantage by many years ahead.
