I have voted against all the remuneration related resolutions.
I think Nick deserves great remuneration as I think Alexium needs to make sure he continues in his current role. (I hope he does not get upset about the backlash.)
I think the remuneration resolutions are premature. I am sure if they were proposed next year, not many shareholders would have any objections as everything points to a huge 2017, in my opinion.
