No doubt it's all in the hands of that DENR. Duterte and Gina Lopez. They haven't gone this far to let it all go with a soft audit.
They will be sending those yanks home packing and pumping up the ni price so they can sell it themselves.
Either that or they are seriously thinking about returning to the jungle and using leaves for toilet paper.
Or both.
