    Hi Haasko.
    Just to clarify. Let us say for arguments sake we have 8000 shareholders and 400 million shares on issue. Would this mean that maquarie bank needs 4000 shareholders to vote yes and in addition would need to achieve 300 million shares in favour of the deal.
