I invest in a lot of businesses off market and a number of startups, it would be like you for example starting up a new business; asking me for all the money and to take all the risk while you work for the business, take a pretty great wage and really risk nothing because you have none of your own money invested, whilst you have other businesses on the side that earn you other income as well.

In the mean time my investment isn't getting any real return, I'm not taking a salary but I own more of the business than you and get nothing in return?

Sounds like the best deal ever.

If things go south for what ever reason you still made a pretty good salary, didn't have any money invested and can walk away well ahead financially, leaving any shareholder left with nothing.

When you have your own real money on the line you work harder to make sure you don't lose it, end of the day these guys are making decent wages, more than the average Australian and most of the retail investors on here but don't have the confidence to stump up some cash to own part of what is meant to become a Billion Dollar Company.

The other thing is there's so much free float out there, with around 800m shares in retailer hands and this isn't right. Even with all the performance shares exercised those are extra shares that come on the market just adding to the register and not tightening it.

That is my only quarrel with Intiger, other than that I've been one of the biggest advocates and I am still buying and adding to my long term holdings.

Looking forward to that second MOU signing though and those that follow after.

Once this does reach a certain MC of over $100m we should start to see some of those funds buy in, but I'd rather our Directors own majority than some funds, at least the Directors would be more sticky hands.
