Yes I'm expecting interim results to propel Immuron to USD$100mio to USD$150mio. So prior to Nasdaq, using a 130mio share count & Aud$ 0.75 FX rate, so AUD$ share price $1.02 to $1.53 area as a guess. Then release 50 mio shares Nasdaq at this higher share price.
Due to Nasdaq listing requirements it'll be like 1ADR ( American Depository Receipt) will equate to say 10ASX shares & hence a listing price 10x the ASX price, so maybe listing price equivalent of AUD$15, & only 5mio Nasdaq shares launched (as each worth 10 ASX).
Expect some Investment banks to get it on the listing & the SharePrice to move steadily northwards from listing. Then gap massively higher on PH2b final results in min 2017
