I do agree.. in that mgmt will have NO credibility if they lose both cases.

$2m wont get them far in the courts.. and NO, i wouldn't be fronting them more cash if they asked.. ( for legal bills/actions )

As for fighting RXL.. well who knows. Imo.. they had enough on their plate already.. all this is just extremely distracting..

Frankly.. i wished they "would've " settled both cases differently.. and just moved on..
