What we need to realise is that, the amount of money and shares that the company has burned over the last few months must be astronomical.
From issuing shares, upon shares before and after consolidation, which causes dilution and a lack of investor return, which is of the upmost importance. Why bother investing your money into that company, when it is just going to sit their for them to abuse it and you lose out.
I will reiterate that, without a proven record of knowledge, experience and know how to do, why put yourself in a position where nothing comes to fruition. Don't waste your time and money on something that you don't know about, how it works and not knowing how much it will cost.
