My assumption as to how the company generate revenue is that restaurants which want to list in the app must pay fees to BigDish like advertising.

I also notice that if they want to be a company such as Uber as they mentioned in the announcement, global expansion is absolutely critical, not just doing business with restaurants in South East of Asia. For example, I am eager to use the app to book a restaurant in Australia, unfortunately I cannot.

The last thing is, according to the announcement, the transaction needs 4 months to complete. I do not understand why that takes that long.

Overall, I am satisfied with the deal, in spite of not incredibly spectacular.
