The board members and of course the CEO will suddenly become very verbose at the AGM telling those present how they have saved the company, how hard they worked during the 33 meetings, and with their hands on the company levers they successfully drilled low risk RGN-1 but through really bad luck unfortunately there was a problem with water flooding into the well. But all is not lost, they have found a way of remedying the situation there and the well will be successful in the end.

Luckily I found a copy of a page of their notes for the meeting. Very impressive and very deserving of shareholder votes.

Now about the shareprice, the consolidation late last year was successful, the number of shares on the company's register are now manageable but the fall in the shareprice was not our doing it was due to the fall in the price of oil, but not to worry we are insulated from that because EGO is a gas producer with contracted sales at a priced insulated from outside influences. That is a real positive for the company, clap, clap, all smile.

Unfortunately also due to the price of oil the company has not been able to snare a farm-in partner to progress its forward drilling program so we are back to asking shareholders to dip into their savings for some money to fund another well. We know how to do it now so it will be a successful drill with positive results, laugh into hands.

We know you have been wanting to know about MIN, well we are just like you, we don't know either, but we do know they want gas. RGN-1 will supply that we think when our remedy kicks in. all smile.

Lastly but most importantly because we have saved the company and worked so very hard, high five, we deserve a bonus for all our efforts.

Oh one last thing don't vote for those pretenders who want our jobs, they do not have the skill sets and experience we have to run this company. Big smile and hold.

We will not be discussing anything further with shareholders present as we have nothing more to say and of course there will not be the usual coffee, tea and pastries after the meeting. So goodbye and good luck.
