That is great - nothing to concern me.
Sounds like it is all under control and there will be the inevitable surge in the share price once it's more formally announced, rather than "working towards it".
Sorry to the people who wanted another "solution". I know the solution you wanted, and unfortunately you are out of the money now.
At the moment, it's still being priced assuming that there is no solution, which is quite bizarre.
Not a concern as the people who are truly in charge have my confidence - I sense jealousy and resentment in the investing community towards the CEO. That is the only reason I can think of for such bizarre pricing for what is truly a unique stock.
