I agree, I don't think though that they waited until now, likely there has been ongoing attempts from MZN to make contact with KDR and resolve this and that led know where if KDR are trying to snub them off and laughing at them. KDR probably laughed and told MZN take us to court then. Well the last resort for MZN if they think they have real claims is to do just that go to the Courts. It's not something you just think up on a whim.

Courts will have the final say in the end.
