But they are making and signing agreements (relating to the Lithium) with other parties when MZN are in a legal battle over the Lithium Rights. The agreement with KDR and POS announced today would be directly affected if MZN were to be the victorious party in this matter. Until this is all resolved a cease and desist would make sense.
