Having contracted for various mining companies, I am no longer surprised by the incompetence of some people in positions of power within those companies (and these are mostly ASX100 companies - cowboys are given even more freedom in the spec space).
I have very little skin in this game, but I will be interested in seeing what happens with the case. It wouldn't surprise me if MZN has something fairly solid - the board will be cooked if they don't have a very strong case, which is why I don't understand the supreme confidence of KDR holders (although I do understand all the bile).
