You would hope dirt would be pumping out in November to be cashflow positive this quarter. I might buy a house on a hill near the mine and purchase a telescope... Would be a great way to keep informed, count the trucks each day hahahaha

They might have to get mining approvals for the 1 or 2mtpa plants in advance, I have seen some of their previous applications on the environmental clearances websites.

They aren't the same as the 21 day one window service portal approvals so could take time. At least the company have experience at them by now!
