What a disappointment this share has been. My first and worst share pick! Good that we've raised enough $$$ to get us through the next 12 months but that's not going to be enough to provide a return our investment. Rent needs to build lease.com.au now, much easier to get cash from corporates than it is from real estate agents or property investors, and the poorest of all, renters! In my opinion the best outcome would be if one of the big portals brought the company lock, stock, and barrel. C'mon, someone, give us $20m and we're out.
