summer, i can confirm that cedric indicated to my friend that the july 2017 is successful commissioning completion date, not commencement... in the last capital raise they undertook (maybe elsewhere also) the stated they would order next plant this quarter.
from 22.07.16 announcement:
"Raising completed to accelerate the purchase of an additional 200,000 tonnes per annum plant in Q4 2016 for rapid expansion and provide flexibility to repay debt."
