Well today is the start of hopefully a new beginning for all holders, it will be difficult to get Res 3, 4 and 5 up for change due to MR voting power, however we do have a chance of getting some of the other resolutions such as Res 1 Rem report, also a chance of getting Res 6 and Res 7 up. Big ask but with 75% rule and MR and board not being able to vote in some of these, nothing is impossible. Fingers crossed. Just hoped holders voted in force but normally most do not bother. 249's get a bigger response imo.
Today is just the start of seeing who is voting for what and on that basis it will send a clear message for both the board and holders of what we do next and when we do it.
I have a comprehensive list of questions and statements to present and I expect a detailed response from our board after waiting 12 months of no response from them and to many other holders calls and emails who have never had a response from them. They have been silent now they have to be accountable to all questions holders may wish to ask. If our board go down the same path as last year and only allow 2 questions then this would be a disgrace and one I will not be happy about.
My message to the board is make good of what you said prior to AGM and this meeting is a chance for all questions to be asked. Let's see how this goes. What I do not understand is why the huge security presence we are all professional and respectful people who invested in a company and as a consequence are sitting on huge losses. They want bonuses but blame holders for SP and now intimidating them by huge security. What has this company become. Tell me this is not becoming more of a lifestyle company than empathising and listening to holders serious concerns.
I hope we all get to ask what we have every right to ask. After all we invest money they have invested bugger all. Good luck guys and thanks for the support over a horrible year.
