you would have to ask the parties involved for their justification
- i.e. lend lease and cfmeu
they both agreed to the deal.
too much commentary on this paints the company as a victim - a view i dont think they would agree with.
as somebody further up the thread said, lend lease having been doing these deals since the sixties - they're still around, still profiting.
i suspect they know what they're doing.
