We all read that - looks nice and maybe is - if it is actually legal !!
I wouldn't mind knowing if anybody can quote a precedent.
Anyway - for the time being there is no problem. Nice to have the money, sad about the dilution and another raise at low SP before drilling. I am sure @thunder54 will let us know in good time if/when bro china starts any fancy stuff.
