    We should have tried to ink a JV with BMM or JSW for a steel plant. Deal being - 50/50 on AP14 and 50/50 on the steel plant ("we'll beneficiate the ore"). The government is cutting tape fast for foreigners, would have been interesting to see how fast they moved for nationals.
