Uses overseas call Centre workers cause the pay is so cheap,
But because of that the workers try to earn a bit on the side by selling our confidential information.
Gee that annoys me,
This transferring to the call center ( and our private data ) all without our permission or direct consent.
Also taking jobs away from Australian workers, just to make an extra what ever % in millions profit
How much money do these Co s have to make before their moral and community value is also incorporated in what is supposedly " success ".
The banks with their recent enquiry is part of this process to demand accountability and change, not just in monetary terms either
