I will respond to raiizo's ridiculous, uncalled for and ill informed post on the off chance it does not get moderated and I might get to feel a little better as a result
There is a good deal you don't know about me - in fact you don't really know anything. So let me tell you a few things. I was a member of AICD for a while out of interest but decided I really wasn't much interested in being a director - however I did learn a few things during that period
You obviously can't remember that I posted a couple of links for people so those who were making ill informed comments about one of our directors could check for themselves what the role involved. Of course I knew what was on those links
You may not be aware that the AICD has got a substantial push on for female directors. They don't actually agree with your view about female directors and if you are really interested you could go on to their web site and read their reasons. They know that many directors hold exactly the same views as you and they see that as problematic
I often wonder what causes the bittterness and animosity of some of the posters on here. You being one of them. I have not done anything I know of to you and I'm not inclined to be personal under normal circumstances. You may have different views about AJX from me but surely you can keep it civil and eliminate the malice. It's not a good look.
On the other hand well done for making your way through the paper - the reference to female directors was at the end so you did a sterling job. I hope you found it edifying
