My understanding is that that the fair value figure is based on current land, stock and equipment. I don't think it takes into account growth of the business etc. I think 5c is too cheap to raise at personally, but instead of complaining, I'll be getting as many as I can at 5c. I could be wrong about fair value, so please correct me if I am wrong.
