Looking at some of the listed PE ratios of producers;
NCM 38
EVN 20.8
NST 13.9

ORR will need to rise a long way to be on PE's like that when it moves into production. Others have PE's below 10 but you need to also consider mine life on current reserves. ORR expected to have an initial mine life of 13 years. Few Aussie producers match that - NCM an obvious exception - so ORR has a very attractive asset. It could easily end up being a takeover target for a mid to large cap producer if feasibility results are as good as scoping study results or better.
