I hope the CEO of the CBA sits up and takes notice of whatever issue this customer had with the Bank.

I doubt something like this is random, There would most likely be a drastic reason for someone to resort to that.

There would be some deep stress inflicted by the Bank on this person most likely that drove them to such retaliation.

Either its a Bankrupted Farmer, or Home owner that was destroyed by the CBA Bank.

I feel sorry for all involved, hopefully some lessons are learned to prevent a repeat event.
