I must be reading a different forum because from what I read it's the 'downrampers' who are actually adding value by often posting technical analysis, bug reports and even admitting that certain aspects don't work. I've see so many positive posts all from people who have churned through tiny amounts of data ~200MB which doesn't even provide a representative sample as one speedtest alone could have meant they would be seeing 20% savings and thus giving everyone else the unrealistic expectation.
As shareholders we should be sharing what is true and face that hey we have an app that doesn't work as advertised and we should keep hounding wangle and support until it works. Blindly is praising the app is not only useless in helping the company but could also trick unknowing people into hearing the wrong thing.
