Congratulations to all of us that have managed to hang in dispite managements best attempts to loose all confidence with its shareholders.

I for one most likely only still hold as I have a large parcel deep in red. Id say I would have ejected and not looked back if it wasn't so.

This is a great Ann. Which re guides ficus and direction for the company fundamentally.

Timing absolutely reeks though!!!!!!!!! I feel this company has been unecessarily diluted at low low levels to get "friends" snouts in the trough.
We had 9 mill in the bank.
This Ann. Didn't just happen over night.... they who decided on raising this money new about this upcoming good news, yet raise at lower levels??????? I'm no expect but raising money at higher levels makes better business sense to me. Especially since despite having a high cash burn rate we could of delayed any raise for 6minths + and still not been desperate.

One has to question managements motives.

Now the whole raising Ann. Still leaves me baffles there's so much in it. can someone mire experienced clarify some questions I have?

1 who can participate in the SPP is it only existing holders? I assume so but Hudson design s comments early have left me wondering.
2 if you purchase the SPP recieving the 1for 1 options do you have to hold the heads to keep the options or can you trade as you like once recieved.
3 my concern is this is pumped to get SPP interest only for the already raised money to be dumped on market prior to shareholders getting their fill. Is this unsubstantiated? We don't know who the soph s were as it wasn't a CR

Like I say I'm baffled by the raise Ann.

In my opinion only I feel shareholders are been taken for fools at the moment because ADRC is fundamentally astounding it gives them the rope to get away with it.
