Not sure what you call stock pilling. For me there are reserves to cushion short term market disruptions. Stock pilling is building up large amounts. If this is your definition then yes stock piling will give a nice kick to sort term REE Prices and Lynas earnings. Long term it will continue the roller coaster we have been on as material purchases swing up and down. At some point every stock pile gets reduced. If there is a major war, trade or missiles, then you are correct but as we saw in the last buble many people will figure out ways to stop using REE and much of that demand will take many years to come back. Only short term holders will benefit.
