I sold years ago and have watched and commented from side lines. In last month have made two purchases. If your going to buy and want the chance for good gain at high risk Buy.

As far as price goes I think there is a hard cap in high teens or AU$0.20. Simple reason at 0.15 MTK can get out with a good ROI per year. Every penny after that is a significant jump in ROI. They are a hedge company not long term investor. 6 Months ago they probably saw no chance of even recovering all their money. When they get out the dilution cased will reduce the EPS by allot more than making interest payments today.

Never look at your past loses or gains in a stock as part of a buy sell decision. What has happened is history. Forget what has happened and make decision on what you think will happen going forward. Buying at 0.06 and selling at 0.12 to 0.16 is very good weather or not it covers past loses. Same is true of selling many people don't sell because they have hope of recovering. This is not easy I have been trying to do it for 20 years and I still slip. It is far better to sell a stock that is falling on bad news wait buy when news is positive. Will you get the bottom? No but you will be far better off jumping on a rising star even if you miss bottom by 50%.

I have never seen a book that talks about averaging down, or averaging up. Many investment books have a chapter on it. The analogy that I like is "its trying to catch a falling knife" If you do it correctly you are Ok but slip and you are hurt as you have seen.
