She's talked the talk for going on almost 2 years now. Pretty much every excuse in the book has been used for poor financial performance quarter after quarter. First it was the 1-3 month deployment and subsequent 1-3 month cash lag thereafter, then it was staff departures and product delays, then the rollout of the new product in 3 phases (back-end, client interface, billing) which could take a further 3-6 months for full implementation.
