Read the ASX listing rules regarding immediate release of price sensitive materials, companies have received infringement notices for breaches of releasing it 60-90 minutes to late by ASIC.
Also wasn't the 2.9c offer to the SI during the TH? so if it was "known well before the TH" why didn't they accept the offer and why did XPE only offered it for 2.9c? Why is the SPP only at 3.3c? (note, this can be voted against during the EGM).
I think XPE should withdraw both the SPP and CN and re-issue them at a higher share price.....
