Not necessarily, until we know that the announcement involves something substantially more that what we already knew - i.e. that successful porting to Intel's gateways and Quark chips and ST Micro's chips had been achieved months ago and that porting to Telink's chips was imminent.

We won't know until the joint announcements are made, whether or not it does deliver something new and we won't know whether it means commercial outcomes until license negotiations with OEM and ODM's are much further down the track.

I'd imagine that if there was something much more substantive to offer the CN and SPP would have been held over.
