This has got privatization written all over it. Whilst I concede CND is a basket case, the price is getting driven down for someone to make a play to take it private. It's still overvalued at $8m so shareholders can hardly complain. Whether CND is in its current predicament due to management or the market in general doesn't matter. I don't see a way forward for them. Time for shareholders to cut some losses and take something. To be fair to those associated with the company, the likes of CND should never have been listed in the first place.
