    Does anyone know what time frame it took Cocklear to get to where they are today. I am sure at the time there were many sceptics particularly brokers on Cocklear. Sometimes one needs to follow their instincts and take the risk in backing a company like VCR. So far they have done all the right things with no problems in raising capital to fund development.
