And what of this grant? Successful aplicants will be only be notified by end of Jan (to memory).
If they are successful (and if they are not, I'm not sure who will be?), should they receive that funding what do they purpose it would be used for specifically considering the current setup is ment to be sufficient.
Let's say the pilot is still not working is there a contingency plan?
