Litgation on KDR Concerns, page-303

Just spoke to them, they can effectively not serve us any paperwork for months (the rules are there on the WA Supreme Court website apparently)... as per LiveEagles post it's 12 months and then it just goes away.
Martin is apparently working with the lawyers to work out our options going forward and to find out whether there's any way to expedite the process. Not commenting on the matter is the company line and we'll need to wait for an announcement.

Anyway it's becoming more apparent that the paperwork won't be issued, the longer it drags on the market will begin to question the legitimacy of their claims imo
