Yeh, I now think 15c is quite possible for a few reasons and the first is probably the biggest reason:
1) we now effectively have a "cornerstone" investor and not any cornerstone investor, the Chinese and a massive Chinese company. This brings confidence and also other Chinese investors - they'll go where there is a sniff of $ To be made and will have confidence if other Chinese are involved
2) zinc in hot demand and fundamentals will tighten over our discovery phase
3) looks like a very nice prospect we have
4) now cashed up
and have 1) as a backstop
5) pretty tight shareholder group, although liquidity still worries me. Hopefully some instos will soak up now that Chinese are onboard.
When I look at another Co I was in for a while (graphite) - they have MC of $300m (was up at $550m for a bit) and have not dug anything out yet. Very good graphite mind you, but only one or two off takes. They do have JORC, DFS, BFS, Enviro etc but they are graphite, seemingly a massive oversupply - certainly not the case with zinc. Throw in the silver we have and possibly some gold.
Yes, Lithium is the new graphite. See how long that one last! Zinc is an old reliable.
So combine those few things with some good drill results and I can't see why we wouldn't be 10 cents + in the coming months.
