Disagree with your view about Sydney property ... I spent 2 days at the NSW Infrastructure Conference in Sydney last week ... rail, road, ports, freight, airport and cities infrastructure is planned out beyond 20 years creating the perfect pipeline of projects for business and residents ... There is planned residential demand over that period in growth zones like the CBD to Parramatta corridor, the northwest sector and of course around Badgerys Creek ... 1.6 mill pop increase out to 2036 and 4 mill pop increase by about 2056 ... they gotta live somewhere.
And this miracle is the reason you should never vote labor again ... in NSW at least.
