Some notes on the positive side (there wasn't that much negative apart from Gavin's rants)

Nick's comments:

*2016 - 'dynamic', great changes
* 100% acceptance of chemistry by clients - not one rejection through the year
*New facility has taken the turn-around in testing in house (Dr Bob's playground) from 2 months to 2 weeks
*PCM was an accidental discovery, and is absolutely unique, no other company is close
*Military - strong, getting stronger with Marines delaying their trials to allow Alexium to come on board this year
*Once in military trial Nick cannot access the results or learn anything about the progress as they are considered 'secret'
*Alexium is the only FR supplier in these trials, no other players

*The Trump victory has wrong-footed everybody, made this lame duck period true to name (outside the meeting, Nick was ... er .... colourful in his thoughts on Mr Trump )
*Proposition 65 is the big one in the US for compliance - they feel the support is still there, even with the change in presidency

*Nick happy with marketing - won't get 'hang tag' style exposure, but will be second line after bedding manufacturers' own marketing
