I think a few people need to put their pitch forks and torches away here... Toby said in the investor call that the deal announcement would be before year-end and as it sits now that promise is yet to be broken. Fair enough for people to be disappointed with the drop in SP, but it seems ridiculous to bring in director's credibility with no material evidence of foul play as yet.
